Linkage to Care
Opioid STR/SOR partners with several organizations in Missouri to improve linkages to care for individuals with OUD. Project partners focus on a wide range of issues, including linking people post-overdose in the emergency room to evidence-based treatment, providing mental health liaison services to clients involved in the justice system, and providing support to pregnant and postpartum women as they embark on treatment and recovery journeys.
Missouri Hospital Association
The Missouri Hospital Association is expanding post-overdose hospital programming throughout the state as well as specialized services for Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS).
Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis
The Behavioral Health Network is implementing the Engaging Patients in Care Coordination (EPICC) program throughout St. Louis, connecting overdose survivors in the emergency room with community treatment services.
